Hello, and thanks for your interest in **Inboxhour**. **Inboxhour** is a platform where you can set up an automation campaign on Facebook and Instagram. **Inboxhour** uses using official API from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and it is safe for your account. 

**Inboxhour** offers a 7-day trial (with limited features) for you to test our platform. After the trial plan ends, you can proceed with our monthly plan for more features. You can check on the [subscription page](/getting-started/how-to-pay-renew-subscription) to subscribe to our plans.

# Account Registration

If you still do not have an Inboxhour account, please register at our website, [Inboxhour.com](https://inboxhour.com/). You can just click the Get Trial button.

# Payment Method & Subscription Details

Currently, we have two payment methods that you can use to pay for the subscription.

* **Stripe** - This method only if you want to pay with credit / debit card. It can be used by all worldwide users. Suitable for all users.
* **Toyyibpay** - This method is suitable for **Malaysian users only.** You can pay via Malaysia Online Banking (FPX).

# How To Connect Instagram Account With Facebook Page

If you want to import your Instagram accounts to the Inboxhour system, you need to link the Instagram account to a Facebook Page.

Open your **Facebook Page** settings (<https://www.facebook.com/settings>) and click on the Linked Accounts under the Permissions menu. Then, click the View Instagram option.&#x20;

Click the **Connect Account** button. Now you can connect your Instagram account to your Facebook page.&#x20;

Make sure your Instagram account is already an **Instagram Business Account**. If you don't know how to make an Instagram Business Account, please refer to our [next tutorial](/getting-started/how-to-convert-personal-instagram-into-a-business-account). Fill in your Instagram account credentials and proceed. Then, you're done.&#x20;


# How To Import Facebook & Instagram Accounts To Inboxhour

In this video, you will learn how to;

* Import your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
* Enable and disable the bot connection for the Facebook page.
* Delete your Facebook pages from Inboxhour.

# How To Convert Personal Instagram Into A Business Account

Firstly, before using any Instagram features in **Inboxhour**, you have to make sure your Instagram account is a ***Business Account***. If you already have Instagram Business Account, you can skip this step.

## How To:

1\. Open your Instagram account in your mobile app.

2\. Go to your profile and tap the menu icon in the top-right corner. Tap on settings.

3\. Tap on account.

4\. Tap to Switch To Professional Account.

5\. Select your category for your Instagram Business Account.&#x20;

6\. Choose Business profile for your Instagram account.

7\. Fill all the required information / details to your Instagram Business Account. You also can connect your Instagram Business Account directly to your Facebook Page during this setup. Only one Facebook Page can be connected to your Instagram account. Or you can skip and connect the Facebook Page later if you want.

8\. Done.&#x20;


# How To Integrate With OpenAI (ChatGPT)

Go to the API channels menu and click the Open AI tab. The Open AI (ChatGPT) integration feature is only available for the **Standard** and **Premium** plans only.

Then, scroll down and you can see the OpenAI option. Just click the OpenAI option.

Then, fill in the OpenAI API secret key. You can get this secret key from the OpenAI website. Check the tutorial below on how to get the secret key.&#x20;

**Instruction to AI**: you can use the default instruction or you can create your own instruction. This is to teach general instruction to your AI.

**Models**: choose your ChatGPT Models.

Then, click save when you're done.&#x20;

### How to get the OpenAI secret key

Firstly, you need to have an OpenAI account. If you don't have it, you can sign up for an account at this link: <https://openai.com/api/>

After login to the OpenAI account, go to your profile and click on the **View API Keys**

Then, click on the **Create New Secret Key** button to generate your API key.&#x20;

A popup with your secret key will appear. Just copy this secret key and put it in the setting in the Inboxhour system as in the previous step.

Now you can use the AI reply in the flow builder feature.&#x20;

# Subscribers Manager

The Subscriber Manager menu will let you manage all your page subscribers (bot subscribers). In this menu, you can

* Check the number of bot subscribers and 24-hour subscribers
* Check the data of your subscriber
* Labeling your subscribers
* Delete your subscribers

# How To Create Facebook Auto Comment & Auto Reply Template

You can create 2 types of templates under the **Comment Manager** menu which are **Comment Template** and **Reply Template.**

* **Comment Template**: You have to create a comment template before you can create any auto-comment campaign. So, this comment template is **required** for any auto-comment campaign.
* **Reply Template**: You can make any reply template to be used in any future auto-reply campaign. However, it is **not compulsory** to make this template since you also can make the setting during the auto-reply campaign setup.

# How To Create a Facebook Auto Comment Campaign

Auto comment campaign is the system that will auto-comment on the posting by the time that you already set. This campaign is different from the auto-reply comment.

An auto comment is useful when you want to keep your posting alive by 'bumping' it.&#x20;

# How To Create Auto Reply And Auto Message (Auto PM) For Specific Post

**\[Update]** In the video shows the previous (old) interface which is different from the latest interface. To access the automation campaign menu for Facebook, click on the **Comment Manager** menu. You can refer to the images below.

# How To Create Auto Reply & Auto Message (Auto PM) For All Posting In 1 Page

This setting will create a full page auto comment reply and auto message (auto pm). Only 1 setup and all post in your page (previous post and future post) will have same auto reply / auto message. Unless you set another specific auto reply / auto message campaign on a certain post, then that post will have different auto reply / auto message.

## **HOW TO:**

1\. Click on the Comment Growth Tools under the comment feature menu.

# How To Create Facebook Comment & Bulk Tagging Campaign

This campaign will make a bulk tagging comment. Your page will tag selected name (those who already comment in your posting) in the new comment which is you set in the campaign. So, those tagged name will get a notification just like in the picture.

# How To Set Instagram Autoreply For Mentions

This setting will create autoreply for every mention. When a user mention your username in the comment, the system will autoreply comment based on your settings.&#x20;

# How To Check Reports On Instagram Campaign

It is important to always check on report so you'll know the effectiveness of your campaigns.&#x20;

1\. Click on the comment automation and click on report.

For Malaysian users, you can set SMS API in Inboxhour system using this local SMS provider, [**Adasms.com**](https://adasms.com/)**.** To use this, make sure you already register or have **Adasms** account. For testing purpose, you need to have credits in your Adasms account.

By setting the SMS API, you can easily use it for any SMS related features in Inboxhour such as broadcasting features and sequence message campaign.&#x20;

For API name, you can put any name and for the http url, you can use the url below. Need to copy all the url to make it works.&#x20;
